- Assessment Data & Product Links: Retained while your assessment or order is active, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days after inactivity or completion where operationally feasible. Product access links may expire after 30 days.
- Credentials and Identity Documents: We do not request passwords, verification codes, backup codes, security answers, or identity documents for our planning materials.
- Communications: Contact messages and help requests are retained for up to 1 year for customer service purposes.
- Payment Records: Kept for 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations
- Analytics Data: Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement
