About Access Assured

Access Assured is an independent company that sells one thing: a $29 kit that helps you organize an account lockout and plan your next step. It is not a recovery service, and it is not connected to Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple, AOL, or any other provider.

Why this exists

When you are locked out, the advice you find is either a provider help article that assumes the one thing you cannot do, or a stranger promising to get you back in for a fee. The first is useless and the second is usually a scam.

What is actually missing is duller than either: a way to work out what happened, what still works, what to gather, and what to try next — before you burn another attempt and trigger a cooldown. That is the whole product.

What we will never do

These are the boundaries the company holds, and they are the reason it can be trusted in a category full of people who cannot be:

  • We never ask for your password, verification codes, recovery codes, or security answers.
  • We never log into your account, and we never contact a provider on your behalf.
  • We never claim to be official provider support, or to be affiliated with any provider.
  • We never promise you will get back in. Providers decide that, not us.
  • We never put you on a subscription. The kit is a one-time $29 purchase.

If any site — including one claiming to be us — asks for your password or a verification code, that is a scam. Close it. Thescam-avoidance guide is free and explains what the real warning signs look like.

The company

Access Assured is operated by Access Assured LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The kit is delivered digitally and comes with a 30-day refund window.
